August 2020 Release Notes

August has come and gone and that means another round of updates to the platform. This month we concentrated on bug fixes (30 to be exact) and mostly small enhancements to make the system more intuitive and easier to use. 

We’ve also made it easier to customize your booking buttons.

Account Updates

  • Enhanced user experience for users who have an active cart
  • Additional field validations to help prevent errors integrating with third-parties
  • Warnings if percentage-based taxes/fees/add ons/commissions are greater than 100%
  • Added a voucher code generator tool for voucher campaigns
  • User can now create a new booking from date or time slot details page
  • Saved custom reports can now be edited
  • Users can now accept outstanding balance payments from the transaction details page
  • Corrected a reporting bug regarding payment processor
  • Users in POS mode were not returning to by date view on purchase
  • Fixed an issue where businesses were unable to save email header images
  • Quantity was incorrect for ticket purchases on manifest
  • General performance, resiliency, and security enhancements

Booking and Embedding Updates

  • Enhanced user experience for taxes/fees fly out
  • Additional WordPress styles for embedding
  • Fixed an issue where vouchers greater than total due didn’t add up
  • General performance and security enhancements

General Platform Updates

  • Link generator allows for greater customizations
  • Better handling of deleted products or add ons in transaction details
  • Fixed an error where merchandise purchases were not decreasing quantity on hand
  • Corrected an issue where activity date questions was not consuming assets or capacity for selected dates
  • Resiliency and security enhancements
