We recently launched a brand-new, streamlined ability to edit transactions. The edit transaction flow is what allows an operator to change an activity date, time, or price or allows them to either partially or fully refund or charge the user more money depending on the nature of the edit.
With this new flow you’ll be able to edit not just scheduled activities but all product types. Additionally you can continue to modify and work back and forth whereas before you had to do the edit for each scheduled item one at a time and all at once.
Operators will see familiar screens as the new edit flow utilizes the same booking experience you’re used to today for making purchases.
