We’ve officially made it half way through 2020 and what a year it has been so far. We’ve tried to focus this month on performance, bug fixes, and many enhancements on account to make the system run faster but also more intuitive and easier to use.

Account Updates

  • Streamlined ability to edit existing transactions
  • Operators can now link various orders and invoices together to form an itinerary
  • Invoices now appear on reservations calendar
  • Products can now be assigned a color which is visible on reservation calendar
  • Improved speed and performance of various reports
  • New widget: outstanding invoices
  • New widget: consumed assets
  • General consistency with labeling and messaging
  • Increased cache time on dashboards to improve performance
  • Redesign of scheduled activity product details page
  • Inclusion of asset name in many different areas
  • Fixed an issue where cash/check purchases was not accepting valid promotion codes
  • Fixed an issue where operator was unable to remove all participants from an activity
  • Fixed an issue where voucher campaign dates were not working
  • Corrected an issue on reservations calendar where events were not showing on correct dates and times
  • Fixed an issue where payment tags were sometimes removed
  • Fixed an issue where deposit-only pricing was not displaying
  • Stripe Terminal: fixed an issue where pre-selected card reader was no longer selected
  • General performance, resiliency, and security enhancements

Booking and Embedding Updates

  • Fixed an issue where merchandise products with no quantity on hand was showing improperly to customers
  • General performance and security enhancements

General Platform Updates

  • Enhanced ability to import data from FareHarbor and Peek
  • Ticket experience now applies to any item except those with participant-level questions
  • Fixed an issue where the ticket experience incorrectly calculated deposit-only pricing
  • Corrected an issue where the ticket experience incorrectly calculated taxes, fees, and service fees for ticket experience items
  • Resiliency and security enhancements
