Improved “First Experience” Flow

One of the most used and most important aspects of a web application are the register and sign in experiences. If a user can’t register easily; if they get frustrated by the process they will abandon the attempt. Similarly if there’s high friction when a user attempts to sign in, that’s also a major problem.

Over the past few weeks we’ve been focusing on these high-touch first experiences in order to reduce as much friction as possible. We’ve completely redesigned the entire sign in and registration experiences to make it as easy as possible to register, sign in, and reset your password. This is a continuation of our new onboarding flow for new businesses and new schedule set up pages and we will continue to work on first touch experiences in the coming weeks and months.
