We recently released some new functionality specific for those tour operators that use the embedded booking experience. We’ve heard feedback that customers find it confusing getting back to their cart if they leave and come back. Customers will now have a much easier time completing their reservations. 

When at least one item is in the cart any floating booking buttons already on the website will convert to a cart button. Clicking on these buttons will take the user directly into their cart and into the purchase path. Don’t utilize a floating booking button? We will automatically add one if at least one item is placed in the cart. If the customer removes all their items in the cart? The floating booking buttons that you already had become booking buttons again. If we added one for you it will go away.

Best of all this feature is available for every operator using embedding and there’s nothing on your end that needs to happen to start using this.
