September 2020 Release Notes

This month we split our focus. We concentrated on bugs, performance, and stability improvements on the account side. On booking and embedding we’ve added additional cancellation and invoice enhancements and added a new inline calendar widget for your website and overall multi-day event improvements.

Account Updates

  • Corrected a bug that happened when closed dates were applied and then that date was opened ad-hoc for a product
  • Fixed an issue that sometimes occurred when an asset was assigned and then deleted
  • Fixed an issue that prevented editing buyer information for some transactions
  • Addressed an issue where custom dashboard titles were incorrect
  • Fixed a bug where some participant names were not displayed on check in manifest
  • General performance, resiliency, and security enhancements

Booking and Embedding Updates

  • Cancellation policy (when entered) included automatically in receipt emails
  • New inline calendar widget
  • Improved experience for customers where an invoice was sent for a product date that was closed
  • Corrected an issue where customers could not select a date for activity date questions
  • Fixed an issue with follow up questions not displaying when multiple options resulted in the same follow up question
  • General performance and security enhancement

General Platform Updates

  • Better support for multi-day activities
  • Addressed an issue regarding asset management when using Shared Quantity strategy
  • Resiliency and security enhancements
