November 2020 Release Notes

November has been a huge month for us at TRYTN. We’ve added Zapier integration, multi-location operator support, and the ability to collect payment details on free purchases. We’ve also squashed several bugs and improved performance across the system. All of these enhancements to help operators sell faster and smarter.

Account Updates

  • Ability to create a parent-child relationship to support multi-location businesses
  • Operators can now send ad-hoc, one-off emails to past customers
  • Communications log within transaction details has been enhanced to show message preview
  • Invoices can now be managed and searched the same as transactions under their own section
  • New dashboard widget: upcoming reservations calendar
  • Gift certificate report data can now be downloaded as a CSV
  • Dashboard calendar widgets now maintain selected timeframe view
  • Staff assignment widgets show staff role(s)
  • Report generator has new fields: end date and end date and time
  • Fixed an issue with unscheduled items that were purchased not appearing on transaction details page
  • Stopped adding the avatar image to the image gallery
  • General performance, resiliency, and security enhancements

Booking and Embedding Updates

  • Optional setting to collect credit card information with free purchases
  • Improved caching to improve performance
  • Corrected a bug that causes some valid email addresses to be flagged as invalid
  • General performance and security enhancement

General Platform Updates

  • Operators can now re-send confirmation emails for transactions greater than a year away
  • Logging in with a third-party can now be remembered
  • Ability to integrate with 2,000+ apps through Zapier
  • Images uploaded to the system are now optimized for better performance
  • All custom email templates now support embedding images within them
  • Custom email templates can now have dynamic data like buyer name or transaction identifier within the subject for more personalization
  • Resiliency and security enhancements
