Onboarding tour and activity operators is to our platform is something we take very seriously. It needs to be a seamless, smooth transition from a previous provider. Our goal is to save you time and money. That’s why we’ve added a new getting started flow for you to follow when you create an account with us.

This checklist outlines required steps in order to start receiving online bookings but also several optional steps that help enhance the experience. All new operators that onboard with us starting in April of 2021 will automatically receive this new experience. 

We hope that this helps make your transition over to TRYTN an even better experience than it already was. As always we welcome feedback on this and all new features we release. Simply open a support ticket or reach out to your account manager with any questions, comments, or concerns.
