Custom Invoice Emails

We recently enhanced our invoicing capabilities in a big way. Each tour operator has specific business needs and so a one-size-fits-all invoice email just didn’t work for some of our operators. That’s why you can now create your own custom invoice template to send out to your customers.

Under Settings you will now see an Invoice Email option under the Communications section. If you don’t see this option check to make sure your business has invoicing enabled. From this screen you can create, translate, and even test your custom invoice email. You can always reset your template back to our default as well.
