Red River Zoo Consolidates Systems with TRYTN

CHICAGO – TRYTN has partnered with Red River Zoo in order to consolidate systems and streamline operations internally. Customers can now go online to purchase advanced admission tickets, animal tours, and room and party reservations all from the same system. To the customer this is important as the system is fast, intuitive, and easy to use but the benefits of consolidating systems dramatically increases productivity and efficiency for Red River Zoo staff. By having a single system for all these various aspects of the Zoos operations staff can be trained on a single system and there are less points of integration to worry about from an operational perspective. The TRYTN system also enables new integrations and partnerships from the same system, such as Smartwaiver, allowing guests to book experiences and sign liability waivers electronically. Over the next few months Red River Zoo will continue to consolidate additional systems into the TRYTN platform such as summer camps, close-up encounters, and memberships.
