March 2021 Release Notes

This month we corrected a ton of bugs (33 to be exact) while adding some exciting new features to help you save time and money while running your business. Of note is the new schedule set up wizard, ability to duplicate time slots and products, and asset management overrides.

Account Updates

  • Ability to duplicate products and time slots
  • New wizard-type schedule set up flow
  • Editing a transaction with an outstanding balance no longer requires payment in full
  • Upcoming reservations widget now shows closed dates
  • Report generator field: checked-in status and transaction status
  • Corrected the search box for new transaction page
  • Fixed a bug where buffer times weren’t being honored
  • Fixed an issue where a POS user wasn’t taken to the by date view by default
  • Addressed an issue where capacity was not being reduced for activity date questions
  • Fixed an issue where capacity was being reduced when unnecessary 
  • Corrected a bug where Viator bookings had an outstanding balance due
  • Fixed an issue where searching for a transaction where buyer name contains an apostrophe failed
  • General performance, resiliency, and security enhancements

Booking and Embedding Updates

  • Header image has been removed as support was deprecated for it
  • Chinese language support
  • Fixed an issue where custom content pages were not working properly
  • Addressed a user hitting [Enter] on promo code field not submitting promo form
  • General performance and security enhancement

General Platform Updates

  • Additional product data included on abandoned cart emails
  • Assets now support an override concept
  • Voucher codes can be duplicated if in different voucher campaigns
  • Time slots can now be set as a draft
  • Resiliency and security enhancements
