Private Customer Questions

You’ve always had robust and powerful ways to collect customer information during purchase at the participant, item, and cart level. Starting today you can now collect additional information if the purchase is internal.

Questions set as “hidden” will not be seen or answered if the customer books online. However, if they call a reservation agent the question will be prompted and may be answered by the customer. These can be useful when you wish to track additional information about your user but not if they purchase online.
