Recently a client requested the ability to not charge taxes on a purchase that otherwise would be charged taxes. They needed the ability to service not-for-profits and others where the purchase should be tax-exempt. This feature was requested on April 10th and was released to our clients to use on April 12th.

Going forward any client that activates the feature will be able to make a purchase on any items with taxes without the taxes applying on an individual basis. Simply select the “Is this purchase tax-exempt” setting during check out to qualify.

You are also able to create tax-exempt invoices for customers and their invoice will also be tax-exempt to make it as easy as possible for you to use this new feature.
